All submitted papers must be original and written in English. Submissions must not be simultaneously submitted, published, or under consideration in any other conference, journal, or publication platform. By submitting, authors confirm that their work is their own and complies fully with academic integrity standards.
Authors wishing to participate in the conference—either as oral or poster presenters—must first submit a short abstract for review and consideration. This abstract will be evaluated by the Program Committee to determine acceptance and presentation format.

Authors whose abstracts are accepted are encouraged to submit full manuscripts to our partner journals after the conference. The official call for full papers, including journal guidelines and deadlines, will be announced following the conference.
All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review process conducted by the Program Committee. Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
Authors will receive notification of acceptance between March 1 and April 15, 2026. Accepted abstracts will be assigned as either oral or poster presentations, at the discretion of the Program Committee.
Plenary Speakers: 30–35 minutes presentation + 5–10 minutes Q&A
Keynote Speakers: 15–20 minutes presentation + 5–10 minutes Q&A
Invited Speakers: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
Oral Presenters: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
Slide Format:
Presentations must be in PDF or PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) format. Presenters are advised to bring a copy on a USB drive and upload it to the session computer if requested.
